1104 Lexington is a complex and ongoing project in the heart of the Upper East Side that was launched in 2017 and is expected to be completed in 2020. TRI Contracting Inc did a complete infrastructure upgrade that included replacement of the boiler, new electrical and gas services for 7 commercial locations and over 30 Apartments, new water main, sprinkler main as well as sprinklered these combined 2 buildings. In addition, we completely renovated over 25 Apartments here with high-end finishes, HVAC heating and cooling, structural repairs and 200 AMP electrical service for each apartment. In the summer of 2020, we are going to add two pop-up Penthouses with private terraces and completely replace the roof in the buildings.
