325 West 93rd Street, another massive project in the heart of upscale Upper West Side neighborhood that included full gut renovation of 17 oversized Apartments, public hallways and stairways and custom made roof terrace as well as complete utilities upgrade and boiler replacement and was completed by TRI Contracting Inc in 2018. The project featured high end custom made finishes, oak wood flooring, marble bathrooms and custom made European heating radiators.
