371 East 10th street was a massive 22-unit, 14,000 sqft project in the heart of East Village completed by TRI Contracting Inc in the fall of 2019. The project included complete interior demolition, reframing of the building with new joists, adding 2 elevators, complete infrastructure upgrade with all new utilities – gas, electric, water, sprinkler, and sewage as well as the renovation of the hallways with custom millwork, all fully controlled and executed by TRI Contracting.
