150 West 84th Street is a Classic Upper West Side Pre-War Rental Building renovated by Trident Structural Corp. We renovated 11 3-Bedroom Apartments and created 4 Duplex Apartments on the first floor in this luxury-apartment building in the Upper West Side. In addition, Trident renovated all Hallways, Stairways, Vestibule and the Building Entrance as well as created a beautiful rear yard for family use. The project began in April 2013 and was completed by October 2013.
