254 West 18th street was an existing three story building in the heart of Chelsea, renovated by Trident Structural Corp. Trident added an additional 3 floors, to create 5 2000 square feet lofts including a penthouse. This project included all necessary underpinning, structural stability, renovation of building facade, and all necessary interior work. The building was designed by George Rycar Architect PC.
