245 East 30th Street is a multi-apartment building located in East Village. Trident Restoration Inc. entirely renovated this property in summer of 2015. The project included renovation of 25 apartments, hallways, back yard and garden with hardwood deck and high-end bathrooms and kitchen. Also we created residential laundry room in the basement. The entire project took 5 months to complete.
